Worst Experience at RK Villa Hotel – Stay Away!

DO NOT BOOK HERE! This hotel is a complete scam. I booked for 6 days at ₹25,000, but when I asked to reduce the stay to 5 days, they tried to pull a fast one on me. They insisted I cancel the booking and said the price wouldn't change, but then they charged me ₹35,000 for 5 days. After we tried to discuss this, the staff lied and asked us to leave the property.

As if that wasn’t bad enough, we were only female guests and had to adjust to a late check-in around 9 PM. They didn’t care about the inconvenience or the safety of their guests.

On top of that, we paid for a late checkout, but the staff kept calling multiple times, pressuring us to leave earlier than agreed.

This place is a total scam – overpriced, untrustworthy, and unsafe. Do NOT book here if you value your money or...

I had a homestay at this place under an extremely amateur child like owner who was more concerned on the payment then ensuring the timely check in and other facilities. I received the room an hour late and it was so difficult to constantly reach out for help. Hygiene was poor and on asking for toilet rolls the guy didn’t look happy and started lecturing us , Airbnbs don’t come with these facilities. It was a 3bhk and 2 of them didn’t even have a wardrobe or table to park our essentials. Room setup was upsetting. Plus to access terrace the owner wanted additional money as if it came with gold mine. The worst was him constantly following up for money even before time....

Great place to stay in Varanasi. Neat and tidy, close to the temple and ghats. Owner Varun and his sister are very helpful in organising guide, autos, taxi, temple darshan, Banaras sarees etc. I will strongly recommend others to choose this...
