Hotel Kashi Pride — Hotel in Uttar Pradesh

Do not book this hotel in advance as they are impostor and won’t entertain you and will say sorry we are already booked so what’s the purpose of advance booking. I booked this hotel from agoda and at the day of arrival before check-in they call us in the morning while I was travelling along with my wife and one and half year old son, my wife got a call from the hotel as she had booked. They mentioned that they are fully booked as some group came and they had to provide them. So my question was to her why do you guys open your hotel for advanced booking. I had a conversation with them many times as we were travelling, so network was going on and off. We departed the train and came out of the station and stood at the entrance so Thai can talk to the hotel. Those hotel personnel switched off their phones. First of all I would like to speak about the hotel parking which they say that they give parking there is no parking it is on the main road and in the same building where I guess we Mart or Vishal mega Mart is there and it's a rush place there is no parking at all. Now about the room for which we paid the room was very unhygienic the bed sheets the below covers it wasn't changed at all they were hair all over the floor the bed and they pillows I was with my kids. The washroom was very dirty it wasn't clean at all the toiletries were used and it wasn't replaced. We state there for three nights but there was no refilling of toiletries. Now comes the complimentary breakfast which they mentioned it was only the aloo puri and soggy idlies.
