Situated conveniently on Bhaktivedanta Swami Marg, the hotel enjoys proximity to renowned landmarks such as Prem Mandir and ISKCON Temple, making it an ideal choice for spiritual seekers. The lack of hustle and bustle near the hotel provides a peaceful environment, allowing guests to unwind and connect with the divine surroundings.

The accommodation at Kridha Residency appears to be a thoughtful conversion of 3 or 4 BHK flats into a hotel setup. This unique approach results in a shared living area for three rooms, providing a cozy and communal atmosphere. The rooms are tastefully decorated, and the generous size of the washrooms adds to the overall comfort.

Cleanliness is maintained at an acceptable level, and the staff members are courteous and attentive to guests' needs.

I must commend the hotel for these positive aspects, and my 4-star rating reflects the overall positive experience. However, I couldn't ignore a noteworthy concern during my stay—the water quality. Unfortunately, it seems to be a prevalent issue in Vrindavan hotels. When using tap water for simple activities like gargling, the taste was unpleasant and even caused irritation. Concerned about this, I tested the water with a TDS meter and was shocked to find readings exceeding 1500.

It's disheartening to encounter such water quality issues, especially in a city as spiritually significant as Vrindavan. I believe it is crucial for the local authorities to address this concern promptly. Nevertheless, for those seeking a serene and spiritually enriched stay in Vrindavan, Kridha Residency offers a unique and comfortable experience, with the hope that water quality issues can be resolved for the benefit of all visitors to this...

We had my cousin's wedding at Hotel kridha. From the outside you would think it beautiful. Once you step inside the truth is clear. While their facilities are nice, the rooms were absolutely disgusting. None of the rooms had toilet paper - we had to request it. In my own room, there was urine on the toilets - when the manager was called in, we asked him if he would let his daughter stay in such a room. He said no. Yet we had to REQUEST them to clean our rooms. My friends room had a coffee pot full of MOLD. When they asked for a toilet paper refill, they had to wait for THREE HOURS. Worst of all, instead of being accommodating and apologizing for the disgusting nature of the rooms, the hotel staff tried to make it seem as though they had done nothing wrong. They refused to acknowledge any mistakes. They refused to compensate us for the extreme negative reactions we felt in this hotel. When we spoke with them upon checkout about our experience, one staff member stood with her arms crossed and told us she wouldn’t speak to us because she didn’t believe she had done anything wrong. The manager who, the day before, had said he wouldn’t let his wife or daughter stay in that hotel room, stood in front of us and said “Well, at least we cleaned it.” As if it isn’t a hotel’s responsibility to make sure that their rooms are clean. The confrontations we had to deal with were absolutely abhorrent. I would not recommend staying in this . P.S- Don't book for your special day. It will definitely ruin by...

Absolutely Pathetic and worst ever experience with a so called 3 star hotel. Seems all positive reviews are paid with no correlation to real conditions. Booked an overnight stay at hotel but that was the worst decision. Few Pain points as below: Family rooms are quite old and not at all maintained, the door of cupboard was hanging and it was completely unusable. The price charged was much higher for such a fragile and poorly maintained room. Cleanliness is not at all upto mark, there were ants, spiders and many other insects accommodated the room including floor, that too in huge numbers, the cleaning boy was happy to argue rather than making efforts to clean the place. There was poop in stair case and no body bothered to clean despite reminders. Old used disposables were kept outside the room on staircase. AC in first/front room was not working, the technician turned up at 12:15 am post multiple follow ups and declared that it cannot work for the time, need repairs, asked to change the room at midnight , which we requested earlier considering the room condition but there was clear denial. Food was okay but quite costly and not worth for the price quoted. The landline was made dead when we were reaching out repeatedly for multiple concerns in the room and the staff was not at all willing to support but was coming up with lot of arrogance and arguements. In summary, do not recommend it as a place to stay especially with kids considering room conditions, bad hygiene and...

I stayed at Kridha Residency with my family for 4 Nights over there. Availed a bigger room which was spacious. The bathroom was clean. It had warm water all throughout, though no individual geyser is there. The room was clean and tidy. bedsheets were changed regularly by Housekeeping. The two bedded room has 2 chairs,1 tea table, 1 Almirah ,1 Mirror with table,1 tea table with tea ingredients, and a rack. though the furniture looked a bit old typed but they were clean. The beds are big enough to accommodate 2 persons in 1 bed. AC was working properly. Supplied us 500 ml water per person daily and regular water if required. The restaurant is on one of the high price ends. The reception desk was very courteous and helpful. Almost all the rooms remain occupied as Brindaban is always full of visitors. I recommend people who are coming first time to enter here on weekdays or during the off season as the roads are full of people and blockades that can become a hassle at some point of time. The main mandir of bankey bihari is almost 4.5 km away.
