Priya Palace — Hotel in Uttar Pradesh

We had pre-booked(paid half advance) this hotel room since 4 months for two days. On arriving staffs was clueless about booking. Somehow they were able to establish that we had pre-booked and paid advance. We were not allowed keys till the point we paid rest of entire tariff of two days. We had to wait for more than two hours for checking in to rooms. Only a dirty towel and used soap provided along with just one blanket in two bedded room. When asked for blanket as it was cold when visited, they denied to provide any. ||Toilet and balcony were dirty. No cleaning was provided for two days.||||Managers and Staffs were drunk all the time may be owner too. They were clueless about their guests. ||We booked this hotel as it had Ideal Location but it turned out to be...

They are not cooperative with the guest.....they don't accept online payment but they accept advance in online mode........we checked in at night we prevooked one room but at the spot they we needed one more room , we already paid one peice and for other we and for other we don't have sufficient cash with us rather than understanding the situation the manager /owner stuck on saying I want cash give it to me , then we denied that we r not going to live here don't want a single room of ur hotel .....then he agreed of taking in online.....and the most disgusting thing is , we checked out early morning for darshan and said that we will keep car here in parking only since 11am (11 was there check out time) when we returned from darshan to take car this rubbish ppl deflated...

Worst place to stay in vrindavan, talked to him on phone he said 2200 for one night. When we checked the place he said now it will be 2500. Seemed weird hence i checked out a few more places and when there was no other hotel empty called him to ask instant availability and he said 2800. When i said yes and book it I’ll reach there in 5 mins. Post reaching he said now the price is 3000. Very rude and unprofessional behaviour. He accepted that aese hi to hum paisa banate h. Abhi season chal rha h. Need not to mention the room was very dirty and unhygienic. On top of all this the attitude and rude behaviour of staff is the worst I’ve ever...
