HOTEL KUNTI INTERNATIONAL — Hotel in Uttar Pradesh

The hotel is situated nearby SGPGI hospital chowk. The room cleanliness is average.The reception staff are good. However They don't provide any toiletries or towels until repeatedly being asked. The food price is ok. However the food service boys are most irritating. They will come to room close to 11pm to midnight asking for the money for items which you took as breakfast or tea coffee. They lack the sense of etiquette manners and doesn't bother about disturbing their guests sleep close to midnight . The room lacks doorbell facility so whoever comes for service doesn't knocks rather bangs on the door. The room came within our budget so stayed for 1 night only. However, my suggestion is to avoid selecting this hotel mainly due to very poor behavior of service guys. There are 10-12 other hotels in this vicinity which can provide better service at...

Rooms are spacious and good beds but bathroom set up isn't good. Water logging issues in bathroom. Very pathetic room service. None of the staff was helpful, and bad mannered. We had 45+ guests staying in this hotel and same complaint from evryeone. Food taste was good, but i know bad hygiene since I entered the kitchen. Even to deliver water to rooms they made such a fuss. Noone to clean the room or change the beddings or towels. Very 3rd grade quality setup and equally bad service. One of the worst experience I had in Lucknow. Though the rooms were ok, the facilities provided were by the hotel staff were disappointing. Service was pathetic. Unfriendly behaviour of the staff. Problem of electricity. No power backup. In proper in room entertainment as television was not working. If working, only few local channels were functioning. Sanitary supply was very bad.
