Cilantrro - The Roof Top Restaurant in Vrindavan Lucknow — Restaurant in Uttar Pradesh

I order one Veg Thai curry for a take away. The packing container was for 900 ML. Zomato also shows 900 ML for 520 rupees. When I got home, the quantity seem very less to me, meaning almost half the container.

I called them back and asked if they have packed a full or a half for me, to which they confirmed they had packed a full. When asked about the quantity, they said the box is of 900 ML, however the quantity we put in is 800 ML. But when I checked, it was just 550 ML. Ofcourse I marked the container and then checked it with water. The things is, they did not just pack less quantity, but when the customer called and confronted them with it, they straightaway lied to my face.

I live nearby so I will raise a complaint to the restaurant as this is not expected from them. They are not any street side vendors selling on a cart. They are reputed ones charging decent money...

I'm extremely disappointed with my recent visit to Cilantrro The service was slow and unfriendly, with our server seemingly uninterested in our needs. The food was overcooked and lacked flavor

The atmosphere was also uninviting, with dim lighting and uncomfortable seating. To top it off, the prices were exorbitant for the poor quality we received.

Disappointing aspects:

Hotel kingship by kahlon is the best hotel . Mr. Vikash Kumar service is best .was staying with hotel Kingship and had breakfast at Cilantrro. They offered a good buffet breakfast. Reasonable options were available for food. Staff was very good and helpful. Mr Vikas was attending the customers with their needs and queries. Interior was good and trendy.
