KFC — Restaurant in Uttar Pradesh

I'm extremely disappointed with my recent visit to KFC Vrindavan Yojna Sector 16 SGPGI. The service was slow and disorganized, with a long wait in line and a further delay in receiving our food.

The chicken was overcooked and dry, with the fried chicken sandwich being particularly disappointing. The fries were cold and tasted stale. To top it off, the drinks were watered down and lacked flavor.

The restaurant itself was unclean, with trash on the floor and tables that hadn't been wiped down. The staff seemed uninterested in addressing these issues.

Overall, I would not recommend this KFC location to anyone. It's clear that they're not living up to the standards we expect from KFC.

My experience was good.. nothing went wrong with me or my food. Even the staff's behaviour is very polite.. The ambience is totally marvellous, it's beautiful for selfie lovers.. The time limit is not there you can enjoy your food as much as you can..The first floor is for dine in. If you want to enjoy quality time with your partner of course you should go there..

The best thing is bathroom facilities...

Bad servicing, they added unnecessary dips which I didn't even ask for, and didn't even give along with the order, I had to ask it separately. No AC during summers, have to specially request everything in order to get the services. Half of the items are so bad and cold that I couldn't eat everything.
