Hotel LA — Hotel in Uttar Pradesh

I went for this Hotel as my wife had an exhibition in the same hotel hence for convenience I opted for the place but this place was a NIGHTMARE ||(1) All the rooms have LIZARDS and Insects everywhere if you complain they will say they went for Pest control last week or last month everyone says a different thing.|||(2) No Bell boys you literally have to carry your own luggage if you ask for someone to help they will take ages to come as staff is not permanent.|||(3) I purchased 3 Redbull instead of Market rates of 330+taxes they charged me 750 with taxes which is illegal to sell anything beyond MRP and taxes.|||(4) The lady in reception is outright rude she doesn't know Hospitality as she demanded to clear the everyday bill every day (evening) which was strange as our event organisers reserved the entire hotel and she was misbehaving with everyone.||(5) The food was good but presented really badly do remember to tell them if you are allergic to something as they goofed up twice with our food in our 3 day stay. My suggestion give them in writing as they will surely forget.||(6) Rooms are small match box sized and all the cushions, bedding etc have stains.||(7) Wallpapers are old and coming out even the plumbing was so bad that our bathroom didn't had flush working for an entire day. ||(8) Shower water or tap water has no pressure so forget about taking a shower here even decent temperature hot water is impossible to get Soaps and Shampoo provided by the hotel are so bad that they endup the moment they touch water.||(9) Wi-Fi Never works see the pictures they will say technical issues will get it fixed soon even if it starts working you will have range, speed and connectivity issues for which the staff will say they can't do anything about it.||(10) The Discotheque plays out loud music so loud that in order to listen to TV you have to increase the volume the moment you do that intrusive staff keeps bugging you to lower volume as it's causing disturbance to other guests I guess then they must be really enjoying the Music of the Discotheque in there room. ||I am very disappointed with the place if it was not for the exhibition I would never ever let anyone even my worst enemy stay here my suggest...

We booked this one for engagement party and the service was very poor. For decoration also, at the time booking they were everything is included and what not but at the day of event they refused for each and evrything and told that chairs, sofas, Ac are included in decoration only. Apart from this, the food quality was so low. The waiters were not present, had to again and again call them. Even for cake cutting, we ourselves opened the cake box, no single waiter was present. At the time when the event was about to start, then the started cleaning with a broom. Staff was not at all cooperative, even a day before event was shouting and talking regarding decoration. The decoration was promised something and given decoration was third class. No waiter was present there even to remove plates or cake box or anything. Literal the service was poorest. I had family events in other hotels as well in bareilly like Executive club, gala galaxy but this had been the worst situation. Disappointing Stay at Hotel LA

I checked in on May 1st and was appalled by the condition of the room and the service. The room was poorly maintained — the window plywood was chipped, the study table was broken, and the air conditioning did not work at all. We had to rely on a fan in peak summer, which made the stay extremely uncomfortable. The bathroom door was chipped and felt unhygienic, and the main room door lacked a manual lock — a serious safety concern. Shockingly, housekeeping staff entered the room unannounced using a master key, and when confronted, they were dismissive and unconcerned. There is a clear lack of trained staff, and the management seems completely disinterested in guest concerns. You’ll find managers in coats walking around, but none are available to actually speak with guests. The food was overpriced and subpar — even basic items like tea and coffee were disappointing.
