very disappointed| * as i already informed to the hotel about early morning check in. hotel manager mr ali ensure me the availability of early morning check in and i am ready to pay extra for early morning check in. but when i reached at hotel| i asked for the early check in but the didn't provide me which was discussed earlier. * moreover i booked a suite over there| but the room was not upto the mark like room was not cleaned| bed sheet was too much dirty as i atteched photos. * washroom was not dirty as already attached. see the picture as already attached. you can see the doormat condition also.* no power back up is available in the hotel. lots of power cuts was there. maximum of the time you have spend without power if you booked that hotel* ac was not working properly. you can also see the ac condition in the picture.* soap was not provided even for hand wash.overall very dissatisfied with the hotel service. i will give 0 out of 10 to the property. i wish| i would never visit this...

Within 5 minutes of confirmed booking email from booking.com, i receive an email from hotel that if you dont pay full or 50% we cant guarantee your booking. Unprofessional way of hooking the customer. The washroom water was not working and we had to call the service and complain and post which some closed connection from terrace was opened. After booking and paying fully in advance online on makemytrip for a two day stay, when I arrived at 2:45 am in the night to check in, they told me they simply didn't have any rooms available. How this can happen when a customer has booked and paid in advance is beyond my understanding. I was with my 78 year old father and the inconvenience caused was painful. Had to book a room in a lodge next door since we didn't want to run around so late at night. Makemytrip refunded the entire amount after 50 minutes on the phone.
