Palm Bistro — Restaurant in Uttar Pradesh

The food is ok but the major concern is they are very very eager for you to leave as soon as you finish up..even when the restaurant was completely completely empty ...it's like an insult ..they need to learn hospitality and etiquettes for sure...me n my friend (both of us are males) went there as there was still some time for his bus to depart and we spent a good amount of around Rs.500 (which is good enough for two people) and we hardly sat 35-40 mins there, had a coffee, soup , cutlet, sandwich and similar stuff but the moment we finished it seemed they were willing to woo us off by asking "anything else" again n again ,started cleaning the table when we were still having some water and planning to leave off course...it's pathetic and I believe this is the reason the restaurant is in crisis and hardly has customers ...if it had been a crowded time , I would have understood that ...but it seems they are creepy and do not know what hospitality is...they need to understand the type of customers they are dealing with..not every one is a time pass customer .. Very horrible taste and extremely poor service. They served us with filthy cutlery and made us wait an excruciatingly long time. The dal makhni had wheat slurry in it, which tasted terrible, and the honey chilli potatoes had rancid smelling, making us want to throw up. The paneer gravy was tasteless, and we ordered rice, which was served only after several reminders. They also have the audacity to serve lemon water when I asked for lemon "SODA." Oh my god, don't get me started on the time we ordered pizza and it came with mayonnaise instead of cheese; I'm able to say that how stupid that person or chef was to serve us bread with mayonnaise on it.

Overall, very bad food and service because they wouldn't even let us write feedback and spoke to us in a very disrespectful tone instead of...

First of all I would like to tell you all that before this review I have posted I more review with 2 stars only with negative comments on taste of food and still I am standing on such review. Then manager contacted me and asked me to remove the review on basis that they will bring more effort . And afterwards they give so but the behaviour of some staff becomes rude after such review.
