My wife and I, visiting from Canada, were on a three-week journey across India, during which we stayed at this hotel for five nights after visiting Yamunotri, Gangotri, Kedarnath, Badrinath, Rishikesh, Haridwar, Nainital, Ayodhya, and Varanasi. Due to our tight itinerary, we typically stayed only one night in each location. Vrindavan was intentionally planned as a rest and recovery stop, and this hotel provided exactly the comfort and support we needed.

The service provided by the hotel staff was outstanding—consistently exceeding our expectations. Our room was a reasonable size, spotlessly clean, and included daily full laundry service. We dined once at the hotel's restaurant and had a very positive experience.

A key highlight of our stay was the extraordinary assistance provided by the hotel team during an unexpected and stressful situation. We had hired a car with a driver from Delhi for the entire trip. While visiting a temple in Mathura, we left all our personal belongings—including our phones, passports, cash (both Canadian and Indian)—in the vehicle, as the temple did not allow phones. The driver dropped us near the temple, intending to park nearby and wait for our call, not realizing we had no way to contact him.

We made a few critical mistakes: we didn’t memorize the driver’s phone number, he didn’t have the hotel’s contact details, and all our phones were muted and locked in the car. After our temple visit, we spent nearly two hours searching for the driver in extreme heat (over 40°C), with no success. Eventually, we returned to the hotel by taxi and explained the situation to the staff.

What followed was exceptional. The hotel team acted quickly and resourcefully—reviewing CCTV footage to identify the car’s license plate, contacting the local police, and doing everything in their power to help. Ultimately, we were able to locate the vehicle using the GPS on my wife’s smartwatch. One of the hotel staff accompanied us to retrieve the car, and after over seven hours of searching, we were finally reunited with our belongings.

Without the unwavering support of the hotel staff, we would have been stranded in India without passports, phones, or money, and the driver would have had no way to return to the hotel. I offered compensation to the management for their extraordinary assistance, but they politely declined, expressing only their happiness in being able to help bring our ordeal to a positive conclusion.

The hotel rooms are descent but the staff is extremely rude cheater and bad .The manager sitting did a cheating of money .We are a family at night and took the hotel room for 3500 and the person at reception said that we can pay in morning at checkout time .In the morning we paid the price of the room (3500) in cash .The guy at reception took the money and said ok your room rent is done and we went for the darshan when we came back and returned for giving the keys they said that you paid 1000 rs less and started arguing for money and in the camera it was visible that the guy did not count the notes correctly and started arguing we then said we are paying for the dinner and as we are getting late you call the person who took the money for confrontation but they did not call and kept arguing then he threw the money on our face and started making derogatory comments.They said we will not let your car leave These people are fraud dont...
