Hotel radhika's inn — Hotel in Uttar Pradesh

I had the worst experience staying at this hotel, and I strongly advise others to avoid it.

I arrived early in the morning with my family, including two kids, and requested an early check-in. Despite my repeated requests, the staff refused, claiming there were no vacant rooms. I have never faced such an issue before, as most hotels accommodate early check-ins whenever possible. Even after informing them that I planned to leave by evening and wouldn’t need an overnight stay, they remained unhelpful. I even reached out to the hotel owner, but that didn’t help either.

After waiting for 1.5 hours, the staff suddenly demanded an extra ₹500 for early check-in—something they could have mentioned upfront instead of making us wait unnecessarily. This lack of transparency and poor customer service was extremely frustrating.

Hygiene standards were also shockingly low. The hotel provided us with a used staff towel, which was completely unacceptable. This clearly shows their lack of concern for guest comfort and cleanliness.

Overall, this hotel lacks basic hospitality, customer service, and hygiene. I would never stay here again and strongly recommend...

Hotel is very near to railway station, I have bad experience here. You can book this hotel from Makemytrip only. But I booked the hotel by calling owner. I got his number from a source. I booked for next day. I booked 3rooms by paying 50% in advance. Price was same as showing in MMT. Next morning I reached before check in time and they said we can keep our luggage and go out. They will keep our luggage in room once rooms are clean. Once we back in afternoon they said they don't have 3rooms they can provide 2rooms and we have to adjust.
