Hotel The Uhas — Hotel in Uttar Pradesh

Stayed in Delux Room for 3 nights during Dec'23. Located in Virat Khand - Gomti Nagar, about 10-12 Kms fm Lucknow Rly Stn, but easily accessible by Cab or Rickshaw ( Approx fare Rs 200-250 for both options) Just 500 meters off the main road & Singapore Mall. Overall property is well maintained. Room was spacious, clean & elegantly furnished with AC, LCD TV, E-Kettle & Tea/Coffee maker, Intercom, Comfy King sized bed with clean linen, Sofa & Coffee table, wardrobe, 24 Hrs Hot shower with toiletries incl morning kit & lovely balcony (Shared with adjacent room). B'fast was yummy & served in the room. Wide options to choose from viz. Aloo Paratha with curd & pickle, Poha, Sandwiches, Puri Subzi, Eggs Omelette bread along with tea or coffee. Attached restaurant offers onsite food. Staff is very friendly & always ready to assist with a smile. However, housekeeping needs to improve with properly trained staff as currently only areas used & visible are cleaned. Also, Credit Card option should be offered for digital payments.||Earlier this property was under Fab Hotels but now operates independently as no more offered on Fab Hotels platform but is available on other popular OTA's like Cleartrip, MMT, Goibibo etc & booking directly with them is the best option for availing best deal. ||Popular tourist spots are in old city area, about 10-12 Kms away. ||We will surely visit again during our next visit to this...

Awesome staff. Well mannered and very efficient people who showed local Lucknowi tehzeeb and hospitality during our stay. 24 hours helping hand for anything you need - customized food for your taste buds especially home style chicken (highly recommended)

Abrar Amit and Golu - make it a wonderful experience for all the guest - who are better than any hotel executive staffs across the globe (I have been a platinum member for Bonvoy Marriott and have been to 30+ countries but havent seen anyone understanding the customer satisfaction like these guys😉)

Superb experience during MahaKumbh especially with so many guests to handle. Highly recommend this hotel to everyone Owner of this property (Utkarsh ji) is himself a gem of a person with a knack for culinary and people management expertise hence it shows in the staff...

No doubt hotel is good at first place in terms of looks, Room size & banquet space which obviously will attract anyone for wedding venue booking.

However please don’t be fooled by it as in our case it has turn out to be one of the regrettable decision of our life.

“Looks can be deceiving” - This quote fits perfectly well for Hotel The Uhas. Despite several visit & request we landed up with Poor Management, inexperienced staff & cold hospitality. On top of that their worst catering service & quality of food ruined an important event of our life. They have no value for commitment.
