Read moreStay with family , it was great stay here for premium rooms but for deluxe room that was very upset side for me we have booked 2 rooms tha Deluxe room are very bas smell less lights are there so I have that concern otherwise everything is nice , premium rooms are nice clean and staffs are very decent and good behaviour, i suggest dnt read the previous feedbacks regarding there stay , m really very satisfied with the service staffs, I must say foods are also very tasty. I dnt knw why people are mentioned so bad regarding there stay might be they have face some issues but for me I will suggest just go for it dnt think too much.
Yes please select premium rooms these rooms are fabulous. Very clean big washroom are also very nice , i really enjoy my stay here .

Booked for Group of 25 Pax Not worth for what they charge.
No Door Mats
Only one coffee cup kept in room for 2 Sharing (Room 2002)
Uncleaned room was allotted (5002) later after complaint changed
1 water bottle was kept for two people after complaint one more bottle was given.
No Water jugs at Dinning table, every time we need to go for water.
Water glass was not provided, they was giving paper Glass
Tea cups were not there they was giving paper cups, which is uneasy to use.
Before check in rooms was not ready, they provided extra mattress after check in.
Breakfast menu was too less and we need to wait for Idly and Pooris .
Midnight the staff was shouting near room 2002 for do check in with other guests it was too disturbing.
Coffee and Tea (105/- per tea)was not good... Roadside tea (10/-) will has better taste than this.
Hygienic was not good as Vikram Palace.
