Details of grievances :||1. WiFi facility not provided on the room when asked they said.... Aandhi aayi thi, Tower toot gaya. ||After check - in, I was allotted room no. 128 but at night near 10:30pm, AC of my room was crashed, and at the same time asked for a jug of water but despite called thrice to reception no one bothers to come at room till 20 minutes.After that without slippers, I went to the reception and addressed the issue to the manager (Mr. RAHUL). I was shocked with his response ..... He asked me to wait for some time as he only had 3 men for house keeping and all are busy. One men has to deliver water to 15rooms also, so you have to wait and same men will look after the AC......To my shock, he further said if you need water now there is a water cooler at first floor near your room you can get the water at your own...... After some time the person came and checked the AC but he could not able to understand so he came back with another person and he declared AC was crashed so we have to change the room. After that we were asked to change the room at night near 11pm. When asked for house keeping.. There was no answer from the other side so I called OYO customer care address my problem than soon after my call house keeping men were there and I have allotted a new room (no. 117) but to my shock, the room was not ready..... with bulk of dust everywhere and no water supply in the bathroom. Again I went to the reception asked for help but manager argued with me. Again I called OYO customer care and soon manager received a call and he changed my room to 105 (a suite, I suppose). The house keeping man asked me checked this room and previous rooms thoroughly as he would not be responsible for any issue further. Furthermore, some items from this room were removed..... Trying to feel me low. ||||Disappointed with the behaviour of the staff and hospitality of the room I again called OYO customer care and told whole incident to them. She told me that your issues are genuine as you should be allotted room no. 124 but all three rooms were different and she will address the issue in the morning but till now I did not receive any communication from my side. ||In the morning of 20th, I found TV is not working. I called reception for this problem.... He said... Kal aandhi aayi thi tower toot gaya or TV nahi chalega, (although it was working in 128 till 10pm & to the best of my knowledge, no storm came... Weather was fine that night). || ||In short, my whole trip was spoiled by the hospitality of the hotel. I could not able to sleep as I got headache late in the night. My early morning plans to visit mathura were also spoiled because of this...
Read moreI stayed in Room No 330 & 331, and the experience was pathetic. They had dirty bedsheets and pillow covers with all the stains over it. I immediately asked them to change it. There were stinking smells in the rooms, probably due to the non cleanliness. Bathrooms were pathetic. Flush was leaking causing water to flow everywhere. TV was not recharged. Lights were not working in the lobby due to which it was absolute dark in that area. The whole services were very poor. Food was not good. Never order even...
