Don't go on positive reviews this hotel is just meant for weddings they don't entertain any other guests. When u enter u will greeted with reception who will be least interested to welcome u not a single smile on thr face arrogant rude and non welcoming. Now comming to the front desk manager we whr allotted room on ground floor which we dint wanted so v requested to change the same Mr Sumit denied us and said v will not give u room on 1st floor as there will be wedding crowd u can cancel the booking and go somewhere else we cannot leave 35- 40 lacs wedding package for people like you with sole booking. This one sentence just hit us hard as we whr not staying free we had spent lots to book with your property. This says it all about how they treat you if you are not a part of wedding group. Coming to Rooms Ac not working properly, service slow non attentive, no refill of toiletries, room cleaning was not done till 3 pm.Rooms are not well designed as u open the door bed just lies in front of it keeping no privacy at all. We had booked package inclusive of dinner buffet which was not provided instead a menu was provided with very limited options which not at all justify the cost taken. The breakfast also had very limited options not at all 4-5 star standards. Restaurant manager least bothered about service in 3 days not asked us even once about food and service. Saw Mr Vaibhav digging his teeth felt so unhygienic in the restaurant. Every whr ull feel that none of the staff...
Read moreI recently stayed at Brij Eternity Resort, Vrindavan, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. While I have previously enjoyed an amazing stay at a Leisure Group property in Jim Corbett with excellent food and service, my visit to this resort was disappointing.
When I called the hotel to inquire about availability, I was told there was only one room left and advised to book quickly. Trusting their claim, I made an online booking without checking further. However, upon arrival, I discovered that the situation was quite different.
Firstly, the dinner buffet included in my package was not available. When I inquired, the staff cited “low occupancy” as the reason. This was highly disappointing and felt deceptive, especially after being misled about the “last room” urgency. Instead of a buffet, the dinner menu offered was extremely limited, with just 3-4 items, which did not justify the price I paid.
For the premium charges, I expected a far better experience in terms of both food quality and transparency. Overall, I felt cheated and left with a bitter impression of the resort’s service and management.
I cannot recommend Brij Eternity Resort, Vrindavan, based on this experience. It was a truly pathetic experience, and I would advise future guests to double-check details...
Read moreRadhey Radhey! Our stay at Brij Eternity Vrindavan was pleasant and comfortable. The hotel’s prime location, just 1.5 km from Banke Bihari Temple and close to Prem Mandir, Char Dham and ISKCON, made it the perfect base for exploring the sacred sites of Vrindavan. The rooms were spacious, clean, and equipped with modern amenities like comfortable beds, Wi-Fi etc. The food was a delight, offering delicious vegetarian cuisine with fresh, flavorful dishes. What truly made our stay remarkable was the outstanding service, especially from Vipin Ji. His warmth, politeness, and dedication to guest satisfaction were excellent. We appreciate Vipin Ji's recommendations and organizing of our fantastic travel guide (Pundit Ji) and transportation for us to visit the temples on our list. The entire staff was equally courteous, contributing to the hotel’s peaceful and homely atmosphere. Brij Eternity combines modern comfort with a spiritual vibe, making it a gem in Vrindavan. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area, and I’m already looking forward to my next stay! A huge thank you to Vipin Ji and the team for making our...
