OYO 14811 Hotel Royal Monarch — Hotel in Uttar Pradesh

This hotel is no more registered with OYO, But still it is listed on OYO app so please don't book it as i paid in advance and was denied check in at the last moment stating that my hotel is not registered with OYO now because my payment is stuck and bucket load of lies, excuses, the manager was unprofessional, rude and a thug as he expected me to book the room directly with him for 2x more price and, if all this didn't happen even then this is a poor hotel as there is no parking, neither the street on which it is situated is board I refrain from giving negative reviews but I'd to suffer too much because of this hotel and its representatives so i suggest you all to not book this hotel through OYO...

the hotel front display is a 4x2 ft hoarding on a busy street. in AIRBNB listing 'house rules' clearly mention "PETS ARE ALLOWED" but when I reached the location to check in - host demanded 250₹ for the pet. I had intimated HOTEL OWNER/HOST that I am travelling with a pet -- still he didn't intimate me that for pets he charges extra. He waited whole day and when I was most tired & vulnerable in a new city he started his extortion. Parking offered to me was on a busy road (4 meter) side-- around 500 meters away from hotel. Unethical conduct and a Cheat host- said he will cancel the booking so that I get a refund....

I’ve stayed 1 night in this hotel with my little son... it’s probably faked reviews which had led me here.It was late at night when checked in otherwise I’d never stay here. recently painted and new flat TV are probably the reason for overpricing, the place is dirty before they painted, so both smells make disgusting cocktail... Indifferent stuff, and their huge dog(all night barks inside the lobby and stares)... just see...
