OYO 41236 Shree Ji Dham — Hotel in Uttar Pradesh

Oyo staff I maked two query against shrew ji dham hotel vrindavan.My first query is this when I stayed at the mention hotel .Hotel staff done the switch off My Room Ac after midnight for whole night. Why you not doing reply on my this query.my second complaint is this they not give me any bill invoice.When I asked for hotel staff for bill they said me that after half and hour Oyo will send me the bill invoice on my mail Id. Very bad experience really feel cheated. Why Oyo sell this type of cheap hotels. Very dirty room , bathroom and blankets are also not good. Tv not working properly when light go it doesn't work. There are many other problems which Make us feel cheated.. ... Don't recommended for this hotel Also my humble request to Oyo .. Please remove this hotel from your List otherwise your reputation...

2 star because they allowed us to stay in the mid night otherwise its 1 star hotel. Rooms not good, Food not good, sticky floor, Dirty and very small washrooms ,smell in blanket and only 1 blanket out of 3 rooms. Worst experience with oyo hotels...
