So, this is the most honest review. View is good. Smell is bad. Choose bad. Owner is good. Staff is bad. Choose bad. Facilities are there, but you have to ask. Linen (from use by previous guests) won’t be changed, unless asked. Towels given on request. Same goes for electric kettle. Blankets are wafer thin (+1 celsius, ambient temperature). Morning tea cannot be served before 8.30 am. This, when sun is up and bright since 6 am. Staff is so pedestrian that one doesnt want to be stern with them. Owners gave a refund; will give them credit, for that. And yes, despite requesting specifically for water for assembling cerelac, warm water was arranged which was sourced from the tap (had a dead spider and long hair strands). We booked for 28/29th dec; left in just 12 hours. Owners did apologise. We apologised too. I wish I could give half star for rating them. But, 1 star only for the owners. For everything else, its zero rating. I think a 4.7 Google rating is so misleading, or, the guests rating them so high, are too enamoured by a mere get away from concrete jungles that everything looks nice (despite them making you beg and squirm for basic promised services). And yes, dont merely go by the pics. They are a good camera shot, but unworthy of shouldering the mess that...
