Himalayan Breeze Flair Resort — Hotel in Uttarakhand

We went for a family trip on my birthday to Mukteshwar and stayed at this resort for one night. It is one of the most beautiful resorts in Mukteshwar at affordable price with amazing mountain view. The resort owners are extremely kind and helpful. I had fallen during my visit at Bhalugaad waterfall and had wojnded my knee, but the owners provided me with dettol, ice and cotton out of pure kindness. They even made my birthday special by pitting on music and spot lights in the open area to make my birthday special.Apart from this the resort is covered with beautiful flowers and if you are a nature lover, you need to visit this resort for sure ! The room was really nice and the balcony view was amazing. The staff was also very polite and helpful. However, I have one issue - they charged GST on the food bill, but nowhere on the menu was it mentioned that GST would be added. When we spoke to the owner, they said it's charged everywhere and the amount is small. It's not about the amount - it’s about transparency. If you're charging something extra, it should be clearly mentioned in advance.
