Hotel Benison Guest House — Hotel in Uttarakhand

I am a native of dehradun and i know the area and hotels around this place quite well. .. this hotel is one of the WORST places i could have ever visited. DIRTY beds and pillow covers, UNCLEAN toilets and PATHETIC room service. .

There were three power outlets in room. Out of 3 only 2 worked.(the one where tv was connected and which was far from bed). So it was either tv or mobile charging.

I had a debate with the owner about all this but it was of no use..He refused to bring down room prices but did not help me in cleaniness or any other issue with the room. Hotel industry is all about hospitality and customer satisfaction and there was NONE in Benison Guest house.

SUMMARY : DO NOT GO THIS HOTEL. Sleeping on road and getting killed by Salman khan would be better than...

This hotel has some of the coziest rooms and awesome views! It was a very nice stay that I had here and the people at reception are very helpful. One of the main points I would like to mention is about the hot water facility. Eventhough the hotel has solar powered water heater, since we asked hot water at 5 am they were happy to provide though being the outside temperature was 13degree celsius.

The washrooms were neat and clean We were provided with fresh towels This is quite nearer to the Dehradun Railway station The reception front desk helps in getting an auto or cab during times when you don't get an ola.

The rooms look exactly the same way it's shown in the other images! And it's completely safe...
