Hotel HSR View Inn — Hotel in Uttarakhand

Stayed here for 2 days and unfortunately, it was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a hotel. The room was in poor condition with peeling wallpaper, crooked furniture, and visible seepage on the walls. The TV wasn’t even recharged, geyser switch was not working adding to the inconvenience.

Although the reception staff kept assuring us things would be resolved, there was little action taken. The food did not arrived on time, and basic amenities like towels etc. were not provided until I reminded them multiple times — and even then, I had to collect them myself from the reception.

Overall, the service and maintenance were far below expectations. Would not recommend unless serious...

Recently, I stayed at this hotel , and the experience was excellent from beginning to end. We loved the service - everyone was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and the bathrooms were spotless, which I really appreciated. The location also provided a peaceful retreat with easy access to the sights around Dehradun.
