Exactly a year ago we had an amazing party for over 35 guests here at Reggae chilli on ocassion my kids birthday. Now this year, the staff, chefs and management has completely changed so don't expect a lot then what we used to get previously. I took my chances with staff and booked a dining buffet but yesterday they messed it up badly for my guests and i regret booking here.

Super delayed in serving.

Food was served cold, all courses.

Absent minded if the guests needs tissue paper or water. They dont even ask now!

They serve small quantity of curries on the table then make you wait for breads for over 15 minutes. And then make you again wait for 15 minutes even if breads are finished on the table.

Then, in a buffet they are not repeating and make you wait for 30 minutes before they repeat the curries.

Either you have food on the table or water. Not both at the same time! They even gave disposable cups for drinking water, it was embaressing!

Most of guests simply fed up due to above and stopped eating!

You guys must have made a great save by not serving the food which we paid for!

The new manager is hardly concerned and was not even present. Serving staff was either stupid or absent minded.

I tolerated till final course in a hope what you will cope up with good final table for my guests. But you guys made it a cherry on top.

Owner, this was a favourite place for many of us and that is why some guests including me were still following and regulary comein for dinner and get together. Your previous staff was amazing but this new staff has no clue. They are only fit to serve a small table. Your manager is Invisible! Or he does not exist. He is certainly not concerned. Who have you got from Michelin 3-star who doesnt even come out of his office! I hope you can guide your staff to not ruin any...

We ordered chicken 65 and Chicken Rara. Quality of chicken was very poor. Chicken stretched like rubber band. Chicken Rara was too much oily. Chicken 65 tasted more like Chinese chili chicken dry. And dish was served cold. Service is pathetic. We were served water once, later throught out our stay no one came to serve us. Waiters were passing through and saw empty tumblers, but did not care to refill . Comwith water. Complimentary serving of roasted papad with green sauce was praiseworthy. Entire structure and embience is nicely maintained. Bill was inflated that we paid without noticing through PAYTM. When we noticed we brought this to their notice. They refuse to refund us through PAYTM or cash. They gave us option of coming again and eat for that balance amount. I wonder why restaurents compromise their entire reputation on trivial...

This is what they serve when you order pizza. Extremely unprofessional attitude of the restaurant people. I planned to do a party of around 70people and they totally disappointed all my guests because they were busy serving people who were walk-in in the restaurant and neglected all my party guests.. 10.30 is there closing time of the restaurant and till 9.50 they haven't served the dinner to my guests who came on party and when asked to at 9.50 so restaurant owner says that the host was very rude..
