HOTEL JAN JAN TAK — Hotel in Uttarakhand

It is worst or u can say more than worst hotel. Dun stay in this hotel with ur family. For god sake at least. We booked the room with confirmed booking message and email and they said all rooms are full. At 10 pm we are struggling for room which we have booked with paid amount. Owner of the hotel is relative of some minister and said to us "tumhe to hum jinda gaad denge jamin me". Result u all know. Police came after one hour and said that there is no fault of hotel owners and staff. Thanks to those two policemen who are taking side of so called bhatijas of some minister who confirmed the statement of evry indian. " sare police wale ek jaise hi hote hai". Now i cant trust...

Worst experience. The place is horrendous and disgusting. Bathrooms were very small and gross. You can hardly take a shower there. The toilet was not flushed when we arrived. Clearly the sheets were not changed. The lights in the bathroom did not work. Room service was terrible. Very unhygienic. I cannot believe I paid what I did for such a nasty, unsatisfying stay! Save your money and go...
