Jasmine Residency Hya’s Homestay — Hotel in Uttarakhand

The worst experience. Don't stay here. The lady here books the room at 10:30pm and when we complain about the problem she says that her duty gets over at 8pm. They don't even fulfill the basic needs. In one room Washroom isn't working in the other lights weren't working. And when we asked for refund she said she'll deduct 500 rupees fir sitting in the room for 30 min. While it's all their faul. Very unsatisfied. Same people came to complain about the bedsheet and asked her to change it she straight away replied that her duty is over and she'll not do anything. Very disrespectful and very unsatisfied. Won't suggest anyone to stay...

Room size is good. As you know there is always or random it rain in doon. There will be faul smell in room or washroom. I managed with my deo. It value of money as i stayed for 2night. Pocket friendly. They need to serve food as for food i had ordered food from other restaurants.

Nothing is like room service.for water you have to tell at reception or you have to take water container to the reception.

Although overall experience was quite good as i had use that room for sleep...

I never stayed in this property but images tell that the property is good... at this rate ppl expect 5* facility... it is a home stay and one needs to appreciate the effort put in by the owner.. one thing worth appreciating is the fact that proprietor took pains to answer each and every review... All the best
