Read moreHad a Great stay at Lakshya's Hotel Haridwar. This 4 Star hotel is situated in Kankhal on Haridwar-Delhi Highway, Ambience in and around this property is quite, neat and clean. They have their own gated parking lot which can easily hold up to 12-15 cars and buses as well. Staff is well behaved and well mannered. I booked family room for an overnight stay but on arrival they provided us a free upgrade to a family suite which included Buffet Dinner and Breakfast. It was more like interconnecting rooms. Rooms were equipped with two LCD TV's, Remote operated Centralised Air conditioning system, Hot and cold running water in bathroom, Tea coffee maker and mini fridge in the middle of both rooms. We were so hungry when we came back to hotel after hoping around Haridwar city. Believe me Dinner was absolutely lavish and tasty. We never expected this good food around Haridwar. Me and my family members liked 👍 each and every variety in dinner. My father thanked Chef personally for the hot and tasty food. But in the morning Breakfast was an average affair because it had more variety of South Indian dishes. But we only liked veg sandwich and aloo parathas. Overall it was a nice experience staying at this hotel. Things I didn't liked 👎 was one of our bed 🛌 in family suite was making loud cranking noise hence I wasn't too comfortable on it. Another issue was with our phone chargers. Chargers were not working with the power plugs, power ports were not enough big to hold charging plugs. Was lucky and Managed to charge my phone from a side lamp port. Hotel should try to improve more and work specially on these points. Overall it's a...

DETAILED REVIEW
I stayed there for a night with 4 family members on 16th November 2020 and booked 2 DELUXE ROOMS. Our expectations were crushed to dust.
Pros. Breakfast was good
This is the only pros I found.
Cons.
They gave us the rooms whose electronic keys were not working. We returned them the keys to re-activate 3 TIMES and the at last we left for visiting haridwar market. They promised to fix the problem as we return. We returned at 9 in night but there was no solution. ( They had almost all hotel empty with other room keys working fine but didi not bother to change the rooms.)
The toilets were extremely dirty in deluxe rooms
Rooms are quite small for a 4 star hotel.
4.Bedsheets were stained.
5.Odd moisture smell in hotel. ( Cleaning of property was done by a typical kaamwali with no proper housekeeping staff)
6.Carpets of corridor were very dirty.
7.Lift was closed and we had to wait while they put on the electricity for Lift.
WHILE WE WERE CONTINUOUSLY CALLING RECEPTION, NO ONE WAS PICKING UP AND MANAGER WAS SITTING RIGHT ON RECEPTION.
After registering our utter dissatisfaction, they changed our rooms Or we would have left the property ourselves.
The previous night we stayed in Haridwar only in FORTUNE PARK by ITC in similar price. Their services and rooms were fantabulous with no down point to find. And comparing that, it should not be called even a 2 star property. I would never...
