The washroom and Linens were neat and clean however there's no cupboard or hangers provided to hang your clothes. The rooms are small to an extent that while moving around you might get hit by sharp edges of the bed. Cost for a night on Twin sharing basis was Rs. 1500 during covid and that too on a weekday. This Hotel is not OYO Hotel. Name should be updated. Stayed here few times and always felt like home. extreemly helpful staff and ready to fulfill your demand in their best capacity. Rooms are spacious and clean and we had all basic amenities. Beds are comfortable and washrooms has hot water available. Food is awesome , you can name anything and they will cook for you. While the hotel looks appealing in pictures, our experience was far from pleasant. The room and bathroom were not clean, and overall maintenance was poor. Service was slow, and both the internet and TV were not working. When we asked the staff, they simply said they do not provide these amenities, which was frustrating—especially since there was a non-functional small TV in the room.
