It was really worst experience . I hate their services . There hospitality is zero . AC not working Wifi not working The fat lady at the reception I think so her name was Arpita , she misbehaved with me and talked very rudely to me . There was some smell in my room aur ac problem . I have continuously called to her at the reception regarding this , but then also she didn't helped me in changing my room . When I asked her for her name , she denied to tell me her name .. She was laughing on the call .The management should take any strict action regarding the misbehaviour of their staff and should not hire the staff like her and should teach her some basic etiquettes like how to talk to guest . This is one of the disgusting experience I have faced during my stay in Sarovar Portico I have been there regular guest . But now the misbehaviour of their staff I am planning that next time I will be not staying over here and not going to plan any of the trip ..
