Handi Punjab Ki — Restaurant in Uttarakhand

Feeling hungry and craving for Chicken at 11 PM in the night..... You won't find a lot of places serving good non-vegetarian food in Dehradun. I have been here twice and had a mixed experience. I ordered tandoori chicken the first time and really enjoyed the tangy flavour mixed with herbs. The second time, along with the tandoori chicken, I ordered soya chap but was really disheartened by the taste. It was too bitter to eat. The restaurant staff did not help me when I told them about this and just ignored it.

While paying for the food, I told the same to the owner and he assured that if in future we face this situation, we can directly inform him and he would had this sorted.

I don't think, I would pay a visit again unless the carving kicks in after 11. You see, you have a lot of options in Dehradun. I feel the restaurant owners should always keep in mind their competition while serving a guest. Very small things create a...

The owner is very rude and disrespectful. I'll not recommend this to anyone. I was their regular customer and ordered 2 -3 times per month from last two three years. This time somehow I forgot to click the checkbox for cutlery while ordering on swiggy and I just called the restaurant and asked for the same. He rudely told me "option nahi dikhta kya aap me" and started arguing. A few times I received the wrong order but I never said anything just informed them. So this behaviour was really disappointing. I would suggest him to learn some basic manners and etiquettes on how to behave...

I called the number and I had querry with onion and garlic! But the guy suddenly started being rude and I called again to confirm. He said U don't waste my time on single order!

Guys grow up! You have customers doesn't mean that you can behave in such a way! Learn how to talk and teach your employees too. They seem mannerless.

I always appreciated your food! But if this is how you guys talk then you don't deserve any customers!
