Visited this place on a tuesday with family. The staff wasn't bothered at all and we had to shout to get them to be attentive to us multiple times. They 'forgot' to provide us with forks. The soup and starters were served on time and they were good. We had- Lung fung soup (5/5) Dahi kebab (5/5) Tandoori fish (5/5)

The main course was served after a very long delay, which is surprising because the restaurant was pretty much empty. The main course was delicious; we had - Garlic naan (4/5) Schezwan paneer (1/5)// the paneer was very chewey and it did not taste good. Paneer lababdar (5/5) // one of the best in town.

The staffs' negligence, carefree behavior, and an unwelcoming vibe didn't make up for a good experience. There are better options...

For a lunch with my friends, Level One served us pretty well. The ambience of the restaurant is captivating. It’s spacious and neat. The use of colors in their comfortable chairs and sofas is something that caught my eyes. There were many staff members present. So, as such, there was no problem with the service and we were being attended to quite quickly. Coming to the most important part, while there was nothing very wow about their food, I must say that it was good. Of late, I have fallen in love with continental cuisine and so we ordered Bruchetta, Lasagne and French fries. The restaurant has a great location and a great look during evenings while a person is driving past it. But, that's it! They need to seriously work on the menu and the quality of food. Please get hotel management graduates as stewards, they will bring professionalism in the place. Holds tremendous potential if quality standards are maintained.
