AVOID at all costs!

Cheaters and rude staff, went with family, surprised to know that there is no cook and hence no food in the hotel! we have to order food from outside. We ordered food, food arrived , but when I asked for cutlery the hotel staff rudely said they will not provide any cutlery for eating, eat with your hands or ask the cutlery from where we ordered food. We had to fight them empty stomach to get the cutlery. And they said "jo chaiye abhi bol do baad main kuch Nahi milega"

You will have to justify for asking a clean towel every f* time! "Kyun chaheye towel??" Justify why you neeed hangers in the cupboard, "hum sabko 2 hanger he dete hain"

Justify why you need someone to swipe the floor before their usual daily cleaning time. They will not even do minor cleaning even once, before their scheduled time, no matter what is spilled on the floor.

they expect you to sleep with a dust filled quilt, even when you have Asthama!

You will not be provided with a mirror in the room, when asked they will give you a 4"x4" mirror and you can't ask for a bigger mirror else they will threaten you and ask you to call the owner. "Zayada problem hai to owner ko call Karo".

Sunil Joshi the receptionist is the most rude and idiotic guy I have ever seen!

Samaira hospitality, cares only about if they have received money in their account!

The owner is I guess filthy rich and doesn't care at all about how customers...

Pros -

1. Room size is big and it has a beautiful view
2. Food was good as compared to the local restaurants.

Cons -

1. This hotel is situated at a very steep hight with no direction boards, you may find issue if you are comparatively a new car driver.

2. Reception ( welcome ) experience is very pathetic especially the manager, He is very blunt with his words.

3. They don't even provide you the (complimentary) single water bottle when you checked in. They will charge you for each water bottle.

4. The reception number of hotel was always not reachable, nobody was there to help us with the hotel location

I am not sure why OYO is not been able to take care of such basic though very important things.

5. Wifi was not working.

6. There was not even a single chair in the room.

7. Though room size was big but condition of the room isn't great. Furniture/Door were broken. Lights were not working. You will find more through pictures.
