OYO C Beach Resort — Hotel in Vasai-Virar

Poor Services, No water sliding after half break, no AC no generator back up almost 5 hours no electricity. bathrooms and washrooms are not cleaned. at overnight package for dinner we had only chiness noodles, not regular food for vegiterian and non vegiterians. we checked in at 9.30 means we were on counter at 9.30 and we reached to room at 10.00. we realised that AC is not working. got reply from c beach that ac will be start after taking your breakfast we complete our breakfast at 11.00. From 11.00 to 2.00 Slideing working but after break since 3.00 to after word no AC no light no sliding .break should be commense at 3 but they started swiming pool at 4. tll no light we just enjoyed resort water and swiming pool only for 3 hour and charges are 900 for each person.

when we are cheking out we asked for refund for no ac , no water, no food, no housekipping services. they said. you should be sacrifies somewhere. we were taking with Bar Tender. he was totaly cheap and not going to listen our side just taking bullshit and trying to save thiere money.

we have wested our 1 hour over there for requesting our refund of 700 rs. but from last they dident supported us.

very bad resort and beautiful thing is we got review from Auto Drivers that they dont respect Rikshaw drivers . if you ask for c beach resort near virrar no any one rikshaw driver will take u there.

we have made this plane after 4 years with me n my friends, we are always bussy but it was our wrong decision to go over there, we have wested our time, money and was very bad experience, owner is not good to talk, very cheap takingness, not knowing how to talk with customers.

Please dont go there and dont west your time and money.

charges are also high 200rs more than other resorts. extra 50% charges on each food and water.

Horrible exp is a small word to express our stay at C Beach resort, Went on 2-3 Nov 2019 with Family of 10+1 Kid. Rooms were clean but Swimming Pool was dirty, It was actually slippery under the water, Out of two only one slide was working. There was no drinking water in the room. In spite of telling repeatedly they didn't get any, so we had to order Mineral warer after Lunch. Coming to Lunch they clearly said 'Lunch time is 2-3. It is a standard lunch time and we can not serve before time even if you are hungry or you have small kids or sr citizen' again we asked(Begged)them for Dinner at 8 oclk, But Manager clearly said a big NO,So If you are still planning to go there take your own food with you, otherwise be a begger. Food quality is like, Whatever worst thing they have in their kitchen they put into it, They gave us a reason for serving food late is they want to give Hot food, which was absolutely not.No starters, No Sweet Dish, but they do give us some low quality Ice cream cup which you can finish it into 2 spoons.Crowd was cheap, Resort mentioned on there website No Alcohol ,but people were having it till they get High. In the Night you have to carry your torch as there you find very dim lights on walk way.Lots of Mosquitos were there, for that also we had to ask for some mosquito repellent, They arranged some kind of essence stick but It was useless. So If you are a Decent family and Really want to enjoy your day. Be Smart and Don't book...
