Super OYO Collection O Martins Inn Hotel & Lodge — Hotel in Vasai-Virar

Why can't I give them a negative star rating? Locals from Virar - Vasai who are looking to book this place for WEDDING, please read the below review before giving advance:

I had booked the resort for 2 days for my wedding happened recently in December 2022. There is a list of problems that our family and our guests had to face:

1. Zero maintenance - Rooms with damp (wet) cealing, no cleaning in the balconies, lot of spitting marks in the corridors, room furniture is all torn and withered, and many other such very BASIC maintenance is NOT taken care of

2. Broken door locks - There are few rooms that doesn't lock. I mean WOW!

3. Bathrooms - The bathroom fittings are broken, some rooms did not have water in the tap (only showers), other rooms did not have water in the showers (only tap). We had expected basic bathroom utilities like BUCKET AND TUMBLER in all bathrooms but there were NO Tumblers in any of them. Our guests were confused how to bath without tumbler? NO warm water in most of the rooms even after promise made by the hotel

4. Water Shortage - This is the most disappointing thing. The hotel ran out of its water storage and so there was no water supply in any other the bathrooms and thus some of our guests had to dress up WITHOUT a BATH. How horrible is this?

5. Extra mattress - The number of extra mattresses that we were supposed to get, were not delivered by the hotel. Plus their staff (which was of only 2 people in the entire hotel) had NO idea in which rooms, how many mattress were kept. This is interesting - our guests had to go to each and every room to take a count of mattress, pillows, and blankets. Then lift the mattress by themselves and take it to their rooms so they can sleep. This was the most disgusting part!

6. Lawn maintenance and cleaning - Very basic cleaning of the lawn for dry leaves and other waste is not done by these people. Also, when you book a resort for wedding you would expect the hotel to do basic maintenance of the lawn like leveling the lawn, cleaning dry leave and other waste, and ensuring it's a proper lawn. However, this hotel thinks that all this is EXTRA service.

To conclude, I would say please discuss every basic point with the owner before giving advance. DO NOT assume that these are basic things and will be given by default. Like TUMBLER and GROUND LEVELING in my case.

Overall, I will not recommend this for wedding. It is perfect for OYO Rooms ONLY where the customers do not expect any service and utilities.

Going here for an event for New years was a HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT!!! Il discuss about it in detail.

1.On the way to the location Firstly reaching here was a task. First by bus and then a good 10mins walk towards the location with no streetlight or sign boards😐 Isn't that basic? Google maps helped us.

2.Bad customer service So I had paid for the concert in advance and as suggested by the staff, I went to book on spot tents. Now here things begin to worsen!

I was told that tents will be available only after concert, which was not mentioned earlier. I wanted to freshen up and keep my bag, but there was no locker room as well😑.

Then I decided to talk to the property owner, who told me they have some different tents and guess what??? They had put a mattress at one end of the event and made it into a room 😂 No ziplocks,nothing, just 4 sided covered cloth of their event as rooms to earn money😂 and the owner told me to pay 1.5k to stay there for few hours😑!!!

So the staff and owner had no communication,or they had communicated well enough to try to fool the customers 😏

Now with no place to stay back, I didn't know what to do! And with the arrogant response from the owner, things were difficult for me!

After nearly 2 hrs I found a place for the night stay nearby.

Live concert The live concert which was the main highlight of the show was very disappointing for everyone. This alone costed Rs1500 and trust me I saw several people leaving this place. The ones who stayed back were people hoping at least food will be better, or they will enjoy the DJ at least.

Infrastructure Leakage was clearly seen in the main building itself. I didn't stay in the rooms,but I did talk to some people who paid Rs7000 for rooms as they were told there is a bathtub, but there wasn't😑

The team appointed for lights did a great job.

DJ The DJ lasted for hardly 30mins from 12am to 12:30am.

Guys, Don't lie to your customers, be humble in your conversations, and dont waste their time. ( I stood there for 2hrs for my issues to resolve)

It was saturday weekend, some of our friends and couples had planned to go for a night stay. We came up to an amazing place located near Arnala beach. Martins Inn is a superb location for nightouts and day plans, for this place we had booked our rooms 2 week prior from OYO app and we got an outstanding discount from this app.| We checked-in at afternoon around 12:30pm. The staffs welcomed us warmly and the receptionist people's were so calm n polite, verified our details with original Aadhar card (Mandatory). We were specifically looking for a room with Bathtub, as it was available in some of the rooms, we had changed our room requesting the manager and he helped with the right one, so if you looking for Bathtub, please do confirm with the reception before entering the rooms. After then we got the room as our requirement, room was wonderful with a big hall n balcony ambience of room was wonderful with cool and silent vibes, an queen size bed and bathtub in washroom. Rooms were value for money 👍🏻and room service was taken care by OYO !!!| Entire hotel was managed by oyo rooms. Swimming Pool is available outside hotel it start morning 8am to evening 5:30pm, its not to large , but good enough. Indoors games are there to play Carrom, Pool table, Table tennis. You can play as much as you want, no restrictions. Entrance was fully surrounded with greenery and from outside view hotel looks like a big Bungalow. There is a Rooftop restaurant, you cannot carry outside food so you have to order food from there, we ordered some starters, a bit costly but taste was good. Even staffs are good n polite, ready at every point to help us. We completed our night by partying in balcony with friends. Morning was fresh, then we went for breakfast because it was included in our package, there was breakfast buffet have to do self service. There's a small garden to hangout after then we went rooms to end our day. We checked-out around 11am.| Overall it was great experience and enjoyed alot with friends.
