Tarapith! Then this place must be the combo for your trip. Amazing stay!!😊😊😊 We 5 ppl stayed for 2 nights. Food!! We kept eating foods over there for breakfast lunch snacks dinner... all over the day ..😁 sounds big foodie people we might be but no such good quality food like paneer butter masala fried rice roti naan murg mussalam chicken dishes so on......... so we couldn't resist. 😃amazing FOOD !!! Veg nonveg both are delicious . U can get simple homely food also like deal rice also posto fish . Everything is so tasty .😋 Thier hospitality commendable!! Service is so good . Stuffs are very humble big specious rooms with table big mirrors balcony pool view . Such wonderful amenities. Coming to swimming pool . Less chlorine recycling water very clean. We friends had a great time there. And I will book stay for my family next time there for sure😀 FOOD !!!!GREAT SERVICE!!!! AWESOME SWIMMING POOL !!!! Worst experience I have ever had. This is not a hotel this is nothing but a mess. I have given 1 star for below reasons:

Safety- Women are not safe during night time in the hotel. Hotel & Amenities- No toilet paper rolls, no toothpaste provided, room balcony were full dirty. Rooms- No cleaning done after requesting for multiple time. Location- Nearly 2 kilometres away for main temple. Food- Average food but they manipulated bills by adding extra quantities. No complementary water bottle were given. Swimming pool- They forced us to buy thier own unhygienic costumes for no reasons since we already had our own 100% polyester costumes with us. Hence we didn't accepted thier policy and not able to enjoy the pool for which we have done the said booking. Staff- Unprofessional staffs and manager sudip ghosh is always in mood of argument. According to him everything what he will say either logical or illogical is something which guest have to follow blindly. Pickup drop facility- They have dropped us only no pickup provided. We will not recommend this hotel to any family otherwise you will also come across this...

It's astonishingly the most pathetic hotel i have ever been in my little life. Let me walk you through this -

1. They promised that it was walking distance to Tarapith. Well it's not.
2. They simply refused the pick and drop service which was in our package.
3. Added fake entries to our food bill.
4. Arrogant unprofessional and a blithering idiot are what the Front desk staff including Mr. Chatterjee can be called as.
5. Did not clean the mess that was lying in front of our door even after requesting 6 times.
6. Did not clean the balcony.
7. Refused to let us use the swimming pool even though we were in swimming attire (100% polyester). They tried to force us rent their UNHYGIENIC swimming costume.
8. It's staggering how they refused to provide with Toilet tissue roll.
9. Spoke with the ignorant moron of an owner who doesn't believe in catering to the guests and simply kept on making up hotel policies on his own when we tried to discuss the issues.
10. To your every problem they will tell you 'This is our hotel policy'
