You can find the Hotel just when you enter Tarapith on the Road.
It was an awesome experience visiting this hotel and we enjoyed a lot in our 2days of stay there.
The Room service was good and pleasant.
The food of their restaurant was tasty basically we ordered most of the time Chinese items and honestly it was tasty and their restaurant service was professional like any other top notch hotels.
I just had a concern that
• There should be lift in another building also just like the front building and there shouldn’t be any difference in these two and if there is anything it should be explained to the customer before booking payment and allotting rooms.
• They should provide toothbrush, toothpaste, good shampoo and conditioner instead of those basic sabun ki tikkiyas as this are basic things in hotel rooms that a customer desires everyday.
As it’s a bit exhausting that after booking rooms in the morning you realise there is no toothbrush or toothpaste in your rooms and you have to venture out to buy it.
This is the only thing I felt disgusting while my stay at the hotel I informed this to the receptionist also but my concern wasn’t addressed well, here they lack professionalism.
The price is affordable not too costly and it depends seasonally at this place price goes higher and in off season it’s lower so you have to checkout for that on your own.
Apart from this it was a pleasant stay at this hotel and everything other than this was quite good and...
Read moreIt was a nice and short stay. The location is convenient. Reception was responsive and Staff were friendly. However, there are some points they can improve upon:
The room we were provided (310) was clean but needs repairs. Especially the bathroom which looks shady and out of maintainance for years. The tiles were cracked and black sludge in those cracks.
The blanket, bedsheet, and towel we were provided was stained with red and yellow. They changed it after calling the reception. The sofa was massively damaged and torn.
The in-house restaurant is too expensive compared to other similar places in that area. For example, an omlette is 80/-, toasted breads are 70/- (+15 with butter), Egg Maggie is 110/-, Gobi paratha is 130/-. These prices do not compare to the service and quality of food they are providing.
The elevator is really old and ill maintained. The elevator door is so dirty and full of scribbles.
*additional point (Did not happen with me): Outside food is not allowed there. One of the residents ordered food through an app. The owner was always vigilant and restricted the situation quite aggrasively by using languages like "Fajlami hocche?" and "Chyangrami hocche?".
To the owner: You should get hospitality and management lessons or just don't try to be the manager and the owner at the...
Read moreI recently had a disappointing and disturbing experience at this hotel. The staff and management's behavior was appalling, all stemming from a minor issue with a towel.
During my stay, a towel accidentally fell from my balcony to the garden due to strong winds. It became dirty, but I didn't think much of it. However, at check-out, the manager demanded that I pay ₹500 for the towel, claiming it was my responsibility.
When I explained that it wasn't our fault, the situation escalated. The manager and staff became abusive, using foul language and even threatening physical harm. This behavior was completely unacceptable and made us feel uncomfortable and disrespected.
As a paying customer, I expect a certain level of service and respect. Unfortunately, this hotel fell short. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone due to the poor behavior of its staff and management.
