Treebo Soho Newtown — Hotel in West Bengal

my experience with this hotel was really bad so there was no toiletries in the washroom. There is just one very odd looking dispenser which says for hair and body and it contained a green slightly liquid. I don’t know what that was. The bedsheet was unchanged. The comforter was stoned. I don’t know what to complain about but there was nothing right with the hotel. So when I checked in there was this marriage going on so the kitchen was off for straight two days and I booked the oak room and they adjusted me in the first floor and they did not compensate for the same. They just keep kept saying that madam se Puchna padega For almost everything. so I took two extra water bottles from apart from what they gave. So the amount came up to ₹40, I was paying by UPI and they said that if you pay by UPI, the madam has said that to charge 13% extra GST, so kindly pay us by cash. When I paid by cash. I asked for the receipt. They said that even if we give receipt we have to charge 13% extra. The service is really bad. They say that breakfast is included but in breakfast there was very oily Puri and just one Curry all the utensils...

The people managing this hotel are very unprofessional. I had an early morning check in on 26th Nov 2022 so I booked the hotel room from 25th. I had also called them to inform that I will come on 26th morning so do not allocate my room to someone else which they confirmed that the room will be available.

However, on reaching the hotel our room was not ready even though we had informed well ahead in time. They parked us in an alternative room which was very shabby

After following up multiple times, we were allocated another room which was equally bad. We had to ultimately leave the hotel and find another one for ourselves

Really pathetic hotel - do not book...

In case you are booking for corporate or marriage purpose, many of items shown in Service Apartment will not be available. Additionally there are unnecessary restrictions for which at the end of the event you will be charged with no control. They are not providing any drinking water, Wi-Fi in bulk booking.
