Imperial Inn Hotel — Hotel in Ambon

If you don’t need 5 star luxury, but a comfortable place to sleep, don’t look any further. During my travels in Maluku I went there twice. The cheap single rooms feature a TV, AC, sink and window (pick one on the outside to get daylight). The shared shower/toilet facilities are very clean.||The reasonably priced private doubles are spacious and equipped with a private bathroom.||The breakfast with view on the top floor is included in the room rate and really delicious. The location is perfect, off the busy main street, but within easy walking distance of shops, restaurants, bars and all the main sights.||Staff is lovely, but speaking a little Bahasa helps. i'm stayed on this hotel on nov '12, it takes about 1 hour drive from pattimura international airport. The hotel building near the Merdeka field and Pattimura statue, it only take 5 minutes walk from this hotel.||||I'm taking the standard room which placed on 2nd floor which cost me $25USD(Rp.250.000), ||it has a comfort bed, a few international tv channel on the TV, and most of the local Indonesian channel.The breakfast is rather generous than any other hotel, it is like a lunchtime meal, bit heavy for breakfast.||||the hotel also has a room for solo traveller(Backpackers) only cost...

Rooms dirty. Worms and ants in bathroom. Ants and cockroaches in bedroom. Towels too thin and will not dry. No power outlets near bed. Free breakfast is a joke, staff comes knocking at door at “7:30 to bring sandwiches.. loud noises at night. Whole room smells like urine.. already changed rooms but same status.
