Our recent stay at Holiday Inn Pasteur Bandung was truly exceptional and perfectly suited for families, especially if you're looking for a child-friendly accommodation. We had the pleasure of staying in the hotel's premium area, and our first impression was one of immense comfort and pampering facilities.

One of the main draws for families is undoubtedly the swimming pool, which is absolutely perfect for kids to play in. With a safe and engaging design, the little ones can swim and have fun without a worry, while parents can relax peacefully. The hotel's general facilities also feel very child-friendly, ensuring every family member feels at ease throughout their stay.

The comfort extended to our room, where we found the beds to be wonderfully spacious and incredibly comfortable. What truly impressed us was the thoughtful provision of both firm and soft pillows, offering excellent choices for a truly restful night's sleep.

In terms of location, Holiday Inn Pasteur Bandung also deserves high praise. The hotel is very close to the city center and various famous culinary areas in Bandung. This easy accessibility made it simple for us to explore various interesting places and sample the delicious local cuisine.

However, what truly made our experience unforgettable was the excellent service from the entire hotel staff. They were prompt, friendly, and professional. From check-in to check-out, every interaction felt personal and helpful.

She truly provided an exceptional experience through her incredible responsiveness and invaluable assistance. Ms. Megah was not only kind in listening to our concerns but also remarkably resourceful in providing solutions, making every minor issue seem easily resolved. Her dedication and attention to guests are truly commendable.

Lovely hotel with excellent amenities, spacious rooms and friendly staff. Holiday Inn always lives up to its reputation as being a great family hotel.

The breakfast was excellent, lots of choices and very friendly staff. Our waitresses , AMEI, KASHMIRA , SOFYAN and KLISHMIRA all deserve an honourable mention due to their friendly, courteous and respectful demeanour, good role models.

The restaurant supervisor , Rian, is a wonderful person. Friendly, approachable, great English communication skills and a wise man. I wish him the best in his career.

Our room was meticulously cleaned, thanks to ARIF FIA.

My family usually stays at Holiday Inn when we travel and we will continue to do so as it meets and even excels our needs.

It was such a lovely experience staying at Holiday Inn Bandung. I visited for a business trip and initially didn’t expect much, but I was pleasantly surprised by the extra service that went beyond my expectations.

I would normally expect this level of service from a 5-star hotel, so to receive it from a 4-star made my stay even more delightful. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff informed me that my room would be on a smoking floor. Since I’m a non-smoker, she arranged to have an air purifier set up in my room to ensure my comfort. I really appreciated her effort, as most staff would typically just apologize without offering a solution.

They also provided dinner vouchers, which was very convenient for a business trip. I enjoyed returning to the hotel for a relaxing meal instead of going out. And the breakfast was fantastic—I especially loved the mie goreng kari! I’d be thrilled if they could teach me how to make it, haha.

When I ordered coffee, it arrived with a lovely note that truly made me smile. It was a small gesture, but it made a big difference to my experience. Thank You Sabila
