Villa Imalee — Hotel in Bantul Regency

First of all i’am from one of the member guest from the name Abdul Razak. Overall, the facility is good, and everything in the place is well-organized. However, the owner is too strict with the customers. The owner said we were being too loud and asked the security his name is Mr. Yakub to make us quiet, but the security did not ask us to quiet down because our voices were still within reasonable limits. Additionally, the cook limited our breakfast orders, even though we were still within the time frame for breakfast, as there were more guests coming. Villa Imalee consists of several separate cottages, with the main room equipped with a kitchen and toilet. Each cottage is filled with 3-4 beds and one toilet. The design of the building and room is nature-themed, the materials are dominated by wood and stone, and there are many unique ornaments. Some toilets are semi-outdoor. Melanjutkan review an Rahadian Ngulandoro. Kami kecewa dg aturan owner yg tidak masuk akal. 16 org sesuai book utk semua villa yg ada, tdk ada tamu lainnya. Bertambah 30 org adalah tamu keluarga yg bersilaturahmi, dg keramaian wajar krn tidak ada pengeras suara yg digunakan (anda menjanjikan ada, ternyata tdk ada dan kami memakluminya). Jadi kalau dibilang tidak ada konfirmasi, bukankah kami sudah menginformasikan saat kami tiba bahwa akan ada tamu keluarga datang (bukan menginap?). Kami kecewa sebenarnya bukan krn layanan anda (kami biasa patuh dg aturan) termasuk pemilahan sampah dan kebersihan kamar yg harus dijaga , 1000% kami setuju. Tetapi ketika staf anda tersakiti? Kami merasa sedih dan "jika saja kami ngga pernah nginap di villa anda"??? Mungkin tidak ada pekerja yg tersakiti hatinya disebabkan oleh keluarga kami. Kami akan menanyakan aturan pariwisata dan ketenagakerjaan di pemda DIY, apakah benar aturan yg kalian terapkan di villa sudah sesuai?
