RedDoorz Premium near Centre Point Mall Medan — Hotel in City of Medan

The room, especially bathroom, was totally filthy. The bedsheets were very dirty with huge stains and looked like they had not been changed at all, there were stains, crumbs and hairs in the bed. Disgusting! We complained and were moved to a room that was only slightly less dirty. We wanted to just leave, but it was very late and we couldn’t find a hotel nearby with last minute availability. When we told the receptionist about the dirty bed he said “it’s gum” while standing next to a sign that says guaranteed spotless bedsheets! Hilariously bad. I would never recommend...

First of all we're lucky to have a useful Bell boy. We stayed a night in the Suite Room and here's my thoughts about this Hotel. Affordable : Standard (pricey using app) Clean : Terrible (Bed sheet and pillows are stained, Bathroom's filthy, floor's unwiped, the room's dusty and the wallpaper's peeling-off OVERALL NOT CLEAN) Comfortable : DEFINITELY UNCOMFORTABLE Quality : NOT GOOD FOR STAYCATION Safe : NOT SAFE for a certain reason, but there's no missing belongings Location : GREAT ACCESS

I personally would not recommend staying here...

order karna lihat di tiktok bagus, ternyata zonk. sangat ga layak tinggal. pertama kali datang dikasih kamar lantai 5 dan bener2 ga layak, dinding terkelupas, selang toilet showernya rusak, terpenting samping bednya sampah debu semua sampe bekas mineral water juga ada.

minta pindah kamar lain, pindah lantai 1 ternyata pengap, kotor, ada kecoa, bau jamur blackmoled.

pas masuk security lagi sibuk ngobrol bareng CS dan tamu nongkrong, pas dateng ga gitu dilayani baik.... minta ganti kamar tamunya malah nyindir "ehh ada google review bagus nih toiletnya wangi, kamar bersih"

sayang banget propertynya ga terurus, untuk yang mau order tolong dipikir 10x sebelum kesini lebih baik cari...
