LKKR (Lekker Urban Food House Putri Hijau) — Restaurant in City of Medan

I would have give a five star if the service isn't that slow and the staffs really listen to what we have said. The foods are awesome and the place is great. But the staffs services are kind of lacking. It has been couple times like this whenever I visited the lekker at putri hijau. They're slow in bringing either spoons, plates or other stuffs that we asked for. And it's even hard to call them where I don't really see any lack of staffs. They mostly gather at one place like around 1-2 staffs standing at the cashier and another gather at the beverage making bars. What disappointed our last visit the most is we ordered a waffle desserts for after meal but they served it directly with all other foods and when we asked to put on hold whether to put on chiller or such but the staffs said the waffle will go cold and hard if it's put in the chiller so she suggested to separate the ice cream from the waffle and we said okay but put the ice cream in the chiller or freezer so it won't melt. She replied yes but then she bring the desserts back to our table with the separated ice cream. They didn't put the ice cream in the freezer. So after we finished our meal and ready to eat our desserts the ice cream has melted. And the chocolate syrup that needed to be pour out had gone hard and sticky. Something delicious becoming something bad to eat. Like seriously we have told you to serve that out after meal and the staffs even repeated that words when she repeated the order but still they make mistake and they didn't do anything satisfying to make up for that mistake. Some other places when they made that mistake they'll bring back the desserts and making sure that it'll taste good when they serve back the food but this one they don't even care if the customers will eat sth good or not. I'll just do my job like a robot and receive my payment every month. We're really disappointed that day and even when we showed the staffs that the ice cream had melted and such but she's only smiling like it's not her fault. We paid for the foods and the service charged is included too. It's not like another country where we will give the amount to the staffs depending on their service. We have been forced to pay for the services but still get bad services. Making me think twice to go back there again after this experience and I don't think I'll bring any guests there for recommendations even if the foods are good. The bad service...

If you're looking for a place to chill and fill your stomach, LKKR is the best fit for that job! Not typing to get Google's appreciation, I'm not lying at all. The cozy ornamental architecture creates a fun but relazing vibe. The food doesn't take too long to be served to customers and—you have my word— it won't disappoint your mouth! The meals are just the pictured in the menu and they are as savory or as sweet as written. The price is as affordable as I can say, and the kid's meal is also very suitable for children. LKKR is one of my favorite restaurants (my kids love it here, too!). If you decide to come and give this place a try, it might be your favorite...

Kafe/restoran yang terletak di komplek Putri Hijau Driving Range. Bangunannya berbentuk bangunan dua lantai yang memanjang, di mana restonya sendiri berada di lantai dua sedangkan lantai satunya untuk driving dan es krim koala.

Tempatnya nyaman, ada bangku outdoor dan indoor. Dari kafe ini kita bisa melihat pemandangan lapangan golf.

Untuk makanannya dominan makanan western dan chinese, namun ada juga makanan tradisional. Saya pesan nasi goreng teri, rasanya terlalu pedas. Namun untuk kue lobaknya gurih dan enak sekali. Minuman juga tersedia kopi, jus, teh dll. Penyajian makanan juga relatif cepat.

Untuk harga makanan dan minuman di sini berkisar Rp 20.000 sampai Rp 90.000. Sistem pembayaran adalah bayar belakangan.

Stafnya ramah-ramah dan langsung menyambut begitu kita masuk utk menanyakan makan utk berapa orang. Wifi dan toilet tersedia. Namun pengalaman yg agak tidak mengenakkan, saat saya sedang Zoom meeting di tempat ini, tiba2 koneksi internet terputus. Saya tidak tahu apa memang ada kerusakan teknis atau memang saya tidak diperbolehkan mengakses zoom karena menyedot bandwith.

Untuk parkiran cukup luas baik untuk roda empat maupun roda dua, dan gratis. Suasananya juga tenang, meskipun musik semi jazz yang diputar volumenya agak terlalu kencang.
