SUPER OYO 356 Titipapan Residence — Hotel in City of Medan

The absolute worst hotel experience of my life. Upon arrival, I was horrified to find towels that were not only dirty but literally torn to pieces - it looked like they hadn't been replaced in years. The walls were black with filth, covered in what appeared to be years of accumulated grime and dirt. The bathroom was a complete disaster zone with water leaking from every possible fixture - the sink, shower, and toilet all created puddles that merged into a small lake on the floor. To make matters worse, my room had NO windows whatsoever, making it feel like a claustrophobic prison cell with stale, unventilated air. The final insult? Staff members actually smoking INSIDE the guest rooms! I caught a housekeeper puffing away while supposedly "cleaning" my room. The entire place reeked of cigarettes and the management clearly couldn't care less about basic hygiene or guest comfort. Avoid at all costs unless you enjoy living in filthy, leaking, airless conditions while inhaling secondhand smoke. Zero stars if I...

The place was decent, the and the staff not super friendly but still nice. The only real problem was very dirty. The room smell bad, there ware pooh traces on the toilet and dead bugs...
