THIS IS HORRIBLE!!! The address given is in a dangerous alley in some labyrinth. The hotel itself was three minutes away by bike, if the taxi driver hadn't helped me, I wouldn't have found the hotel. There was a man at the reception who didn't understand a word of English, didn't understand what the booking app was and just laughed. He didn't understand anything with the translator either. I booked the hotel and arrived wanting to sleep. In the end, they laughed at me, didn't help, and then said that my booking wasn't even in the system. This is not true. Room is dingy, never cleaned, filled with ants and cockroaches.

Constant construction noise during the day, workers sleep near the premise outside at night ..random people that don't live there constantly loitering.

Hot water does not work, toilet was non functional some days. I had to fill the toilet tank with water every time I wanted to flush.

My room was never cleaned...not once. Never been offered to either. The bed sheets made my skin itchy and it was hard to sleep...construction workers making noise till past midnight, roosters waking me up at 6 am then construction begins soon after...

The location is quite ok near the main road. But the room and the service is bad. This is the worst reddoorz i've ever visited. At first I came, the receptionist seemed ignorance, kept playing game eventhough i was standing in front of the receptionist's desk. Then checked in process only given the payment proof (I booked directly from the website). He wasnt asking for my ID, then he asked me to follow me.
