We booked this hotel based on the huge amount of positive reviews and were glad that we did. Our room was clean and spacious, we were provided two bottles of water, reception staff were extremely helpful and friendly. There is a hotel shuttle that actually took us to exchange our money into rupiah nearby and to meet up with our friends, so generous! Due to a sudden change of plans, we needed to leave quickly in the morning and had no time to eat the breakfast that is provided. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. Almost all of the employees were good and served sincerely. There was only one person who made me a little disappointed. When I asked to change rooms, I was lied to and told that there were no more spacious rooms available. I was only able to stay in a room with a double bed.
