I had an absolutely terrible experience here. The only decent thing about this place was the parking attendants, they were polite and helpful. But the waiters? Completely the opposite. At first, they seemed okay, but once they served our drinks, their true colors showed. They gave me a bottle of Bintang beer with the cap still on. Seriously? How am I supposed to open it, with my teeth? What kind of service is that? It’s basic, if you’re going to serve bottled drinks, you either open them or provide a bottle opener. I ordered a lemon squash. Not my first time. I know what it should come with: lemon, soda, and sugar on the side. Again, I saw other tables get it served properly, with sugar. But when mine came? No sugar, no explanation, nothing. Just lazy and careless. And don’t get me started on the food service. I ordered a beef burger, and the waitress brought it over with her bare hand on the plate, fingers practically almost touching my food. Is that what you consider polite? Is that how you train your staff? It’s disgusting. Let me be very clear: we came here because we can pay, not to be disrespected. Just because we’re locals doesn’t mean we deserve second-rate service. We came here ready to enjoy ourselves and spend our money, but we left completely disappointed. Fix your service. Train your staff. And start respecting your paying customers (all of them.)

The Brass restaurant Strategic location, Jl. Prof. Moh. Yamin No. 99X, Sumerta Kelod, Kec. Denpasar Team. Denpasar City is on the route of the Renon crowd on Saturday nights. The place is wide, tall, big. Access to get there can be taken by private car or by bus. Operational at the Berass starts at 11.00-23.00, the facilities are clean and it's new, there's ample parking in the front and back, although it's full, you can park on the road in a fairly new place in Renon, there's also free waifi and this place has an industrial concept with a touch of a garden, this concept brings a sense of comfort and beauty to visitors who come. The place is I think it's well organized there, you can see and listen to live music at The berass You can also order various foods and have a menu of choices from iced and hot coffee, juices, beer, soft drinks and delicious food. The Brass is suitable for a romantic dinner with your partner, holding an event. with friends, as well as Full wifi and there is a charging station. If celebrating a birthday / bringing food from outside there is a 75k charge. There is a room for events on the second floor, besides that there is a garden behind the Brass. The place is spacious and well decorated. The atmosphere is cool and comfortable. The price is a bit expensive but according to the delicious taste. Fast and friendly service.

Review: ★☆☆☆☆ One of the most disappointing meals I’ve had in a while. 🤦🏻‍♀️ That Salmon Risotto, let’s be real, that was more like porridge. 👀 Any Italian would be offended to see that called “risotto,” and to top it off, the salmon skin wasn’t even crispy! Then came the Grilled Striploin, 🥩 advertised as “premium” but definitely wasn’t. Chewing on it felt like battling a piece of rubber. ‼️ The Pumpkin & Bacon Soup was also a complete fail, terrible texture and tasted borderline expired. And the Mango Sticky Rice? Another fail. 😖 The sorbet was completely off, and that so-called maple chip? It felt more like a leftover siomay skin. What’s even worse? 💥 The presentation is nowhere near the Instagram-perfect shots they advertise. The place itself is actually nice, but the food quality just doesn’t match up. 🤷🏻‍♀️ I honestly don’t know how others can say the food here is great because my entire meal was a complete fail. Definitely not worth it…

We picked by checking the reviews! We went here for Christmas dinner, and it was an incredibly disappointing experience. Our group of 16 had BASIC expectations, but things went wrong from the start.

Main courses were served before drinks, and some people in our group didn’t receive their drinks or meals at all. One person’s main course arrived two hours late, and a medium-rare steak we ordered was completely raw. To make matters worse, the bill was riddled with errors. For example, the "Feeling Blue" cocktail was listed as 98K on the menu but was charged as 110K. Even after the bill was corrected, we found additional mistakes. Always double-check your bill here!

When we brought these issues to the manager’s attention at the very beginning, he promised to fix things but failed to handle the situation effectively. Instead of taking responsibility, he blamed the waitstaff, which was unprofessional and unhelpful. It was clear that the lack of organisation and leadership was the root of the problem. Hospitality is a challenging industry, but if you can’t manage a large table or train your team properly, it might be time to reconsider new job!

After traveling 25 hours to Bali, this was the worst Christmas dinner we’ve ever had....
