Miniso — Local services in Denpasar Timur

They offer affordable cute things, thats for sure. But honestly the cashier was not competent at all. I went here at 20/09/2018 which was yesterday with my mother and bought a laundr bag and a transparent tissue holder. 2 cashiers were open at the time and i queued on the 2nd cashier (ID5706). At the time I queued there were 1 customer at the 1st cashier and 2 other customers at 2nd. the 1st cashier's employee was suddenly gone even though clearly there was a customer QUEUEING on that cashier, and ofcourse another customer came, and came, and so on. I thought the employee is going to come back, but at my turn the employee was still missing. Suddenly the 2nd cashier that i queued on asked them to switch to her when it was my turn, and by any mean all of them queued in front of me even though there was only one customer from the 1st cashier that queued before me. I was very confused and i stared questioningly at the cashier, but the only thing the employee did was smiling sweetly without offering any explanations or directions while she served the customer (note that she didn't offer a sorry or an explanation why the other cashier was suddenly gone). I had enough and went out for a breath at the same time as the other customer (the one who queued first at the 1st cashier) paid for her goods , and suddenly the cashier asked the other customers in front of me to step aside and let my mother pay for our good first, but sorry this is not how you manage and treat your customers.

1st, you don't leave your cashier without any explanation for long, if you want to close the cashier put a sign saying that you are closed. Your customer was standing at the front and you just left them? 2nd, you don't just offer a smile to the customers that was disappointed on your services, you apologize. If I was queueing on the 1st cashier I'm going to be way more furious. 3rd, when you need to take the customers from the other cashier, you arrange the customer's queue based on who came first, not suddenly add ALL of them at the front of the customer who is clearly there first. Give is directions!
