i was looking for family place to stay with spacious room and affordable price that time, cause almost all the hotel in Jogja were full booked. And i have 15 persons coming to Yogya and they depends on me for place to sleep. im lucky to found this place, located near airport and close to where i live,24 hours minimarket everywhere, easy to access with car, they have parking lot. What i like was the place have many birds cage with canaries and pigeons inside of it, kinda feel homy. And their place was not far from the main road, so no worries about noises, quiet and peacefull.||||They have no breakfast, no wifi, no kitchen, but they server laundries, 2 bathrooms in each family room, cold dan hot water ready to use, AC works well, dining table and refrigerator are available. Lokasi homestay ini agak jauh dari pusat kota Jogja. Berada tidak jauh dari bandara. Di sekitar lokasi homestay cukup mudah menemukan tempat makan dan swalayan. Tidak banyak tempat wisata yang dekat dengan homestay ini, tapi justru dekat dengan beberapa perguruan tinggi seperti Atma Jaya, BATAN, Universitas Proklamasi, STIE YKPN, dan UPN. Untungnya akses menuju ke tempat - tempat wisata di Jogja dari homestay ini juga tidak sulit.||||Homestay ini memiliki beberapa tipe kamar, mulai dari standar hingga family room yang bisa menampung 4 - 5 orang. Harga yang ditawarkan pun cukup murah. Sayangnya harga tersebut tidak termasuk dengan sarapan. Tidak ada wifi gratis untuk pengunjung.||||Saat menginap di sini saya memesan family room untuk 4 orang. Saya mendapat tempat di Edi Room. Kamarnya luas dan bersih. tempat tidur nyaman. tidak ada masalah dengan ac. tersedia kulkas dan almari kecil. kamar mandi juga bersih. Ada teras dengan satu set meja dan sofa rotan. It was located nearby airport. Only 3-5 min drive to airport. There was a local market nearby which took around 5-10 min walking time. Nothing much to hang around. ||The living room is small but there was 2 bedroom and 2 toilets inside the house. One bedroom with 2 double beds and one bedroom with 1 double bed. Bed was comfortable.
