Puri Sari Beach Hotel — Hotel in Flores

Spent 4 nights at the Puri Sari with my family of 3 children and I would definitely stay there again if I go back to Labuan Bajo. || Firstly, it offers great value. Prices are very reasonable for spacious, clean and tastefully designed room. We booked 2 deluxe rooms, which was basically a bungalow divided into 2. The resort also offers a very reasonably priced spa service. My wife and I enjoyed a 30 min foot reflexology massage for only 105,000 rupiah per person. ||Secondly, while the resort is located quite a distance from town we never felt like we were missing out. The resort has its own beachfront which is very clean and offers fantastic sunset views. The hotel's restaurant which serves both western and local cuisine is also very very good. We had almost all our meals there as we like the food so much. ||Finally, the staff are extremely nice and will really do their best to accommodate your needs. One tip is to use the hotel's transport service to get from place to place as much as possible. There are no regular taxi services like Grab Gojek or Bluebird in Labuan Bajo and the hotel's transport service can actually be cheaper than many of the sharks that you will meet trying hail a taxi off the road. ||One area that could be improved is that the in room tvs only offer local channels with very poor reception. I stay 3 night at Sari Puri in January 2021. Generally, stay itself was nice, I would say four stars of google rate. Spacy room, a bit worn at some places, still comforable and relaxing. Territory with outdated walking roads, all ok. Restoraunt ok, breakfasts so-so. Anyway, all ok. But why I put one star? One I removed because in my opinion for fully empty hotel in Flores 500k per night considering several nights, up to a week.. Its not cheap, on check in got zero discout. Ok, desided to stay. But on checkout in fully empty hotel I asked for a later checkout, 2 pm istead of noon.. And lady on reception tells me that she can give me only one hour more. I asked kidding if the room is booked by somebody. She told, yes! In empty hotel, i was the only guest at that day. I asked if i will deside to stay, as i did each previous day about noon.. She told she will move "guest" to another room. When i told I dont belive this story, I got onther one.. So two more stars minus - no tolerance when personal lies specially in such stupid way. And one minus for unflexibility with prices. Managment, if you read to this point, its corona time. One guest, its me spend last 10 min to write this review and next time will consider another hotel - plenty nearby. And think, how many poeple I'll recomend this, generally comfort place?...

Puri Sari Beach Hotel was one of the best places we stayed in on our Indonesia trip. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, everything went super well.

The staff here are very friendly, the folks at the reception, the restaurant, cleaning personnel, everyone was so super friendly.

They have a restaurant, a swimming pool, a private beach, a garden with some trees bearing fruit, probably mangosteen, spa and a few other amenities.

The restaurant has a very nice breakfast buffet spread that's available at a very reasonable pricing. They also pack breakfast box for you if you plan to travel to the nearby islands the following day. We probably had the best Nasi Goreng and Mie Goreng at their restaurant, on our entire trip. And the coconuts served here are monstrous, never seen these big coconuts before. The evenings around the restaurant and beach has a very good vibe with some live music.

The laundry service was good, I liked the way the clothes smelled after the cleaning.

The only thing I found a bit off was the positioning of the air conditioners, you may need to run them longer or at a temperature lower than usual to keep the room cool. Otherwise, everything else was perfect.

This place is so good that you may want to stay longer here. Definitely...
