Raffles Inn — Hotel in Flores

The property cannot accommodate us, so technically we didn't stay. We're a group of four people and have booked two separate rooms.

The staff at the property was a local man with his wife, offered us to check and choose the rooms at the premise, but every room we chose were not available because of no-water installations, no mirror, no bed sheets, so basically no rooms available & ready to accommodate, thus we cannot check-in. The staff said the property wasn't finished and was still waiting for the owner with his engineer to come later that day. So, there wasn't any discussion about extra beds at all since we have no request for them.

And since the booking was processed via Traveloka and a-non refundable, we reached out to CS and asked for help. It's such a pity that the owner has to lie about the situation had happened.

The owner response was: we requested to stay for more than 3 people per room with no intention to buy an extra beds. Like how? He wasn't even there and selling unfinished property wasn't supposed to be allowed in Traveloka or any other hotel-booking...

One of my favorite hotels to stay in Labuan Bajo. The Rooms is very clean, there is air conditioner. The bathroom also clean and the amenities for bathrooms is complete. Met een woord vreselijk. We waren er 3 nachten. De kamer is geen enkele dag opgeruimd, geen schone handdoeken etc. etc. Op het balkon lagen uitwerpselen van een of ander dier. Werd ook niet opgeruimd, gedweild of wat dan ook. |Zwembad was smerig, pomp stond niet aan. Er dreef een of andere smurrie op het water. Toen de pomp uiteindelijk, na aandringen van ons aanging, bleek er geen deksel op de afzuiging te zitten. Levensgevaarlijk. Ik stapte er per ongeluk op en mijn voet werd naar binnen gezogen. Een klein kind had het niet overleefd. WIFI was ronduit slecht. We betaalden €62,- per nacht. Veel geld voor een simpel hotel op Flores. Contact opgenomen met de eigenaar/manager. Die verbleef op Jakarta. Arrogant persoon. Was niet voor rede vatbaar.|Het personeel was heel vriendelijk, maar wisten niet waar ze mee...
