Premier Place Hotel Surabaya Airport — Hotel in Gedangan

Went i enter the place it was quite small but totally premium. There were both tall doors for entrance and a few staff at the entrance to guide you along. Checked in 2 rooms one located at 2 floor and the one at the highest floor which is on lvl 7. The room was top class but it is rather small. The room was built as a smart feature where the room be powered on with electricity if only the card key is placed on the designated place beside the door for power. There were 2 single bed which can be moved together to form a queen size bed. There's hangar, coolbar to store your cold drinks, safe and alot of complimentary things that is provided by them such as coffee and tea, small electric kettle, plastic slippers that can be used inside the room or the toilet. The toilet was rather small but overall it is okay as the shower has heater if you want it to be hot or cold. There's even a shampoo dispenser provided inside the shower and beside the sink. However it is not that fancy kind of shampoo they provide. They even has 2 towels provided and another 2 for outside use such as putting it outside after using the toilet to rub ur feet to prevent it from having leaks from the toilet. There's even a pool one for children height around 50 cm and another 100 cm /1 meter. You can literally see the plane every 10 mins or so passing by. There's bar and free top class breakfast provided. Checked in for 2 nights and they had free shuttle bus/car provided to the nearest airport which is 5 mins away from the hotel. Overall experience is excellent as there are alot of staff they have employed so just feel free to ask anything if you are in doubt. That's it. Feel free to ask qns if you are planning to stay here. Fyi the total cost is 2080000 rp for 2 rooms for 2 nights which is ard $200. I guess they will have discounts if you booked it earlier online. TAKE YOUR TIME TO READ IT ALL!! ❤️🙏 What a place! We have chosen this hotel based on reviews and its location. We are so happy we stayed here. Guys, seriously, you won’t get better food and service anywhere in the world. I’ve travelled a lot of countries but their food is just beyond your expectations. We were like Alice in the Wonderland :D Last but not least - the service ❤️ We came down stairs to have a dinner. Since we arrived, the guy named Fajar started explaining everything regarding the food (which was everywhere!!). As we don’t speak Indonesia (and he knew it), he provided perfect service with helping us to understand what we were looking at. He was so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He speaks good English too. After while, I asked him to help me with a little surprise for my partner who was celebrating her birthday. I asked Fajar, if there is an option to get some little cake with a candle. He said “I’ll do my best”. What happened later was just unforgettable. He brought a little cake with a sign “Happy Birthday Kristyna” and he also brought all kitchen workers to sing for Kristyna :) Guys, it was so cute and warming. They really did their best to surprise my partner :) I’ll never forget what your team did for us, especially Fajar! Please, reward him, he deserves it! He knows the customer service perfectly!
